Dominican

Classic Tiramisu
Our Classic Tiramisu Cake features layers of soft sponge cake delicately soaked in espresso, filled with a creamy blend of rich mascarpone, whipped cream, and a luscious zabaglione sauce made from whipped egg yolks and sugar. Finished with a light dusting of cocoa, each bite strikes a perfect balance of bold coffee and smooth sweetness.
Italian Meringue, Buttercream, Ganache, & Fillings
Our cakes are iced with either Italian meringue (Suspiro), Italian meringue buttercream or white, dark or milk chocolate ganache per request.
Italian Meringue (Suspiro)
The most stable type of meringue is the Italian style, and it whips up so beautifully glossy, thick, and shiny. It’s made by cooking a sugar syrup, then adding that hot syrup to whipping egg whites. It’s a delicious, sweet, fluffy, and almost marshmallow fluff type of frosting. Because it has no fat, it holds better than buttercream and ganache in hot weather.
Italian Meringue Buttercream
Buttery light buttercream is made with whipped meringue, butter, and any other flavor you like.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Cream cheese mixed with butter and powdered sugar makes the perfect frosting for any cake, especially a red velvet or carrot cake.
